One of the things I
regret the most about my life is the fact that I never learned how to cook. Now
that I´m a mother, I remember all the different occasions in which my mom asked
me to pay attention to her cooking. It was a bother and I didn´t want to be
involved in anything related to the kitchen. My cooking experiences go as far
as preparing a sandwich.
My resolutions this
year (and almost every year since then) is to learn how to cook. I
started looking for cooking classes, but my schedule is so tight that I
expected to find one at midnight; unfortunately, nobody was available.
Suddenly, I thought about creating a blog for asking and sharing cooking tips. So
why don´t you give me some ideas or easy recipes you love? And I’ll give you
mine.
I am going to give you
an easy and healthy idea for breakfast, especially if you are in a hurry all
the time. You can do it the night before
and enjoy it in the morning.
